SFK supplies press towers for a multitude of products, sizes and shapes. Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304 or other stainless steel types according to requirements.The semi-automatic press tower mould system is designed to handle meat products before and after cooking. The system is based on many years of extensive experience in handling the processing technology of cooked meat products around the world.
The system offered today is based on meat processing technology combining key elements such as:
• Optimisation of cooking & cooling capacities.
• Product appearance (colour, flavour, shelf life, etc.).
• Uniform shape & size.
• Reduction of waste in slicing lines.
De-moulder
SFK has developed 2 types of de-moulders:
• Semi-automatic de-moulder
• Fully automatic de-moulder
Working process
Semi-automatic de-moulder:
• The operator places the mould in the fixture for the de-moulder.
• Vacuum draws the product out of the mould, and when the vacuum is released the product is placed onto a conveyor.
• The operator releases the mould fixture and places the empty mould onto a conveyor, taking it to the rinsing machine.
Fully automatic de-moulder
• The filled mould is automatically placed onto a conveyor and into the de-moulder, where compressed air and vacuum take out the product.
• The products are transported to e.g. a labelling machine, and the empty moulds are taken to a rinsing machine.
Optimalization
To avoid defective products and subsequent re-calling of products, we can offer you the SCADA system where a transducer is built into each press tower – if required in each mould. Here it is possible to load product data such as batch number, production details and cooking and cooling temperature and time. Furthermore, it is possible to print out the above data and fix the label to the individual product or container.
