Premium Project Management Saves Time and Money
Our effective project management system is based on a principle of investing
up-front to save at the end.
This involves thorough analyses of the existing operation, building, equipment, requirements, etc., followed by detailed lay-out and elevation drawings providing us with excellent material to evaluate, discuss and revise the solution together with the customer. When investing resources up-front for the optimum solution, we save both time and money as changes at this stage are cheap and uncomplicated.
When the optimum lay-out is frozen, detailed installation plans and utilities drawings with e.g. power and water supplies etc. are produced, enabling the customers to prepare adequately for the installation. Precise shop drawings facilitate efficient production as well as enable us and the customers to plan spare-parts and service requirements.
At our factory, the equipment is assembled and tested ensuring the customer the agreed level of functionality, speed and other requirements. After customer acceptance, we disassemble as little as possible and the technicians who disassemble the equipment are usually responsible for the on-site reassembly to ensure quick installations.
